Responsibilities
- Provide Concierge services including luggage, transportation, storage and other related matters upon guests’ arrival and departure
- Assist in developing and maintaining Guest Services Directory in relevance to Concierge services such as restaurants, attractions as well as public transportation
- Be familiar with hotel’s product and service and provide recommendations to guests as required
- Be attentive to guests’ needs and proactively provide assistance to ensure high level of satisfaction throughout their stays
- Any other reasonable tasks assigned by Department Heads from time to time
Requirements
- With relevant academic background or working experience
- Pleasant, positive thinking and service-oriented
- A good team player with good communication skills and interpersonal skills
- Able to communicate in Cantonese, English and Mandarin
- Wiling to work on shift
