- Be the central point of contact for all Monomers Asia Pacific reporting processes.
- Lead and coordinate the Monomers Asia Pacific monthly forecasting and annual operational planning activities.
- Actively collaborate with OD controlling functions to ensure smooth information exchange between RBU and OD.
- To have full understanding on key financial KPIs alongside with process improvement mindset to contribute on the controlling digital transformation agenda
- Provide guidance to the Digital Reporting Analyst for high quality reports and digital dashboards creation to support top management decision making

Job Responsibilities:
- Monthly Reporting: timely consolidation and submission of reports including follow-up on gaps/significant bookings; Monthly tracking and reporting of financial KPIs to Monomers Asia Pacific senior management, LBMs and site management.
- Forecasting excellence: to closely collaborate with Strategic Business Units controllers on best practice and ensure smooth and efficient communication; to promote consolidated business steering mindset (Consolidated Contribution Margin / Market Profit vs. local P&L) and develop and implement appropriate forecasting methods.
- Operational Planning: consolidation and submission of OP data to management and OD in alignment with all stakeholders.
- Oversees the Digital Reporting Analyst in the following tasks:

- Prepare ad-hoc reports and data models for management team to support performance management of key business activities
- Working collaboratively with local teams and global counterparts on Agile developments and ad hoc project support
- Fixed cost management excellence: develop and implement fixed cost management mechanism and define key reports and timelines; to obtain feedback from sites, SBU controllers and relevant parties (in a supporting manner)
Education
- Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Management, Data Analytics or related disciplines
- Minimum 5 years of relevant controlling/finance/planning/auditing experience in industry sector
