Responsibilities:
- Talent Acquisition: Developing and implementing effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent in the trading industry.
- Employee Relations: Managing and resolving employee relations issues, promoting a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
- Training and Development: Overseeing training and development programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
- Compensation and Benefits: Managing compensation structures, benefits programs, and performance management.
- Policy and Compliance: Ensuring HR policies and practices comply with relevant laws and regulations.
- Strategic Planning: Collaborating with the leadership team to align HR strategies with the company's objectives.
- Team Leadership: Leading a team of HR professionals and fostering a culture of excellence
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. HR certification is a plus.
- Minimum of 10 years of proven experience in HR management, preferably in the trading or financial industry.
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices, labor laws, and compliance.
- Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Demonstrated leadership and team management abilities.
- Proficiency in HR software and MS Office.
