Global Web Specialist - temporary basis (minimum 12 months) [Sweden]

The Role

As a Global Website specialist at Kry you will play a pivotal role in shaping our online presence and driving digital marketing initiatives. You will be responsible for managing our companies websites with a main focus on Kry.se, analysing website performance data, support in creating a website strategy to enhance our online visibility and achieve business objectives. You will work closely with multiple stakeholders and colleagues within the organisation to identify and leverage on growth opportunities and deliver the best possible website experience to our visitors and patients.

The role is part of the Web Growth team. The role is a full time, 13 month parental leave cover. You will be required to work both on a strategic level alongside the web lead as well as being hands-on to drive implementation of web roadmaps.

What you will do

As a Website Specialist at Kry your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Website Implementation: Oversee the development and maintenance of our websites, ensuring it aligns with the company's goals, branding, and user experience standards.
  • Web Analytics: Utilise web analytics tools to monitor and analyse user behaviour, traffic, and engagement, providing actionable insights to optimise the site. Support on reporting on website KPIs and performance metrics.
  • Content Management: Coordinate with content creators and designers to ensure that the website is regularly updated with fresh, relevant, and engaging content.
  • UX/UI Optimization: Collaborate with design and development teams to improve user experience (UX) and user interface (UI) design, optimising conversion paths and user journeys. Ensure the website is fully responsive and optimised for mobile devices.
  • SEO and SEM: Work with SEO experts to implement on-page strategies that enhance the website's visibility in search engines.
  • Strategy Development: With the web lead, develop and implement a comprehensive web strategy that aligns with company objectives and market trends, identifying opportunities for growth.
  • A/B Testing and Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO): Conduct A/B tests to optimise site performance and conversion rates, implementing CRO strategies to enhance user conversions.

Who you are

  • +4 years previous experience in a similar role, and hands-on knowledge of web analytics and tracking tools for website optimization and A/B testing
  • Experience working with CMS on a daily basis and driving website user engagement and content implementations
  • Good understanding of web development technologies, domain architectures and linking structures
  • Collaborative mindset, comfortable working alongside product, content and creative teams
  • Excellent project and time management skills with an ability to work effectively with multiple teams across regions if necessary
  • Ability to be autonomous and self reliant to push implementation
  • Proficiency in Swedish and English
