Scope of the Role: To deliver the order to the guest in a fast & efficient manner and ensuring that their delivery experience is exceptional.
Duties:
- Maintains a cheerful, courteous disposition and a neat, clean and professional image.
- Can converse with the guests using our universal language.
- Delivers food and beverages to Guests in a timely manner, within 30-40 minutes delivery time
- Ensures that motorbikes are safe to use and is always full with gas for continuous delivery orders
- Collects payment (credit cards, cash) for drinks and/or food delivered following company established
- Settling procedures for all transactions.
- Maintains and balances all transactions. Balanced cash on hand. Credit transactions with guest’s signature.
- Communicates Guest questions or concerns to Managers as appropriate.
- Maintains the cleanliness of the motorbikes and relay any R&M issues to the MOD.
- Performs shift change and/or opening or closing duties.
- Keeps immediate supervisor promptly and fully informed of all problems or unusual matters of significance and takes prompt corrective action where necessary or suggests alternative courses of action that may be taken.
- Adheres to all company safety and sanitation policies and procedures.
- Assists other team members as needed or when business needs dictate or can distribute flyers within area to promote the Restaurant as a delivery choice of guests
- Keep your delivery tools clean specially the delivery box & Helmet
- Make sure you ride your motorbike in compliance with the speed limits and local rules & regulations of driving in Bahrain.
