Operations Executive (Malaysia)
We are seeking a passionate Operations Executive who will be an important part of PRISM+ Malaysia operation team. Being a high growth electronics company, we are looking for a candidate who can adapt well in terms of complex ever-changing process structures and constantly work closely with logistics/warehouse partners to ensure timely fulfilment of all customers orders.
You will also be a pivotal role in logistics and systems partners management.

Responsibilities of an Operations Executive but are not limited to:- Main task: Daily eCommerce order fulfilment for all Sales platforms (Shopee, Lazada , TikTok & Shopify) , Retail stores and any new sales channels in the future.
- Monitoring and ensuring Orders processed by various 3PL providers.
- Identify operational requirements and opportunities for improvement , by observing current workflow and research country's benchmark/best practices.
- System and process ownership . Establishing and maintaining quality standards.
- Derive appropriate methods to analyze and propose change management.
- Document findings and prepare weekly reports to Head of Operations .
- Update team on new processes and systems , monitoring process effectiveness.
- Oversee operational compliance with regulations.
- Proven ability to communicate effectively to drive positive outcomes with internal and external key stakeholders
Requirements
- Diploma or bachelor’s degree in logistics, business, data management, operations, or related field.
- Must be detailed oriented ! . Independent self-starter & able to keep track of multiple concurrent events
- Able to analyze large amount of data via excel or relevant software tools
- Able to multitask, prioritize and manage time efficiently
- 1 – 4 years’ experience in a role of similar capacity
- Comfortable to commute daily to Bukit Jalil office for work.
- Advantageous if :
- have hands on experience on Sales platform (Shopee , Lazada , TikTok & Shopify)
- Familiar with eCommerce Order Fulfilment and 3PL courier management
- 5.5 days work per week (Working hours : Weekdays : 8AM till 5:30PM , Saturdays : 8AM till 12:30noon)
