Responsibilities

• 부동산 컨설팅 업무
  
• 부동산 개발 투자 자문 (타당성), 신규사업 기획
  
• 부동산 시장 (상업, 업무, 주거 등) 분석, 상품계획 (MD Plan), 사업성 분석 등 보고서 작성
  

Requirements

• 유관경력 최소 7년 이상
  
• 부동산 관련 전공 학사 이상
  
• 부동산회사, 회계법인, 컨설팅, Retail MD 경력 우대
  
• 영어 우수자 우대
